• Bread slices 12 (cut sides)
• Nutella spread 12 tbsp
• Bananas 3 (cut in 4 pieces)
• Plain flour 1 cup
• Eggs 2 to 3
• Caster sugar 1/2 cup
• Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
• Almond flakes 2 tbsp
• Oil for frying

Take the bread slices remove the sides, flatten the slices with a rolling pin.

Peel the banana and cut in 4 pieces.

Spread the Nutella spread on each slice and place a piece of banana, roll it firmly.

Beat the eggs.

Dip the stuffed bread in the egg roll it in plain flour.

Heat oil.

Add the coated bread in the hot oil and fry till golden, then place them on paper towel.

Mix sugar & cinnamon powder.

Roll the fried bread in the sugar mixture.

Serve hot with ice-cream, whipped cream and nuts.
