• Apple 2 small
• Peanut butter 3 tbsp
• Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
• Peanut/almond 2 tbsp (chopped)

Cored apple and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

Spread peanut butter on one side of the apple slices.

Then sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanut.

Top with remaining apple slices, press down to make the sandwiches.

Transfer to plate and serve.
