• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 1/4 cup dark rum
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 banana per person sliced into 1" sections
• 1 This makes enough sauce for 4 bananas

Melt the butter in a large skillet

Mix in the brown sugar and spices

Add the rum

Add the bananas and saute for about 5 minutes. Flip once while cooking.

Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
