• Potato 2 pieces
• Carrot 2 pieces
• Pea 100g
• Salt as per taste
• Red Chili Crushed 1tsp
• Whole Cumin 1tsp
• Fenugreek 1tsp
• Coriander Crushed 1tsp
• Cumin Powder 1tsp
• Hot Spices 1tsp
• Turmeric 1tsp
• Coriander Chopped 5g
• Mint Chopped 5g
• Green Chili Chopped 5g
• Bread Crumbs 3tbsp
• Eggs 3 pieces
• Cooking Oil as per taste

In a cooking pot, add pea, potato, carrot and boil it. After that grate it.

In a bowl, add pea, potato, carrot, salt, red chili crushed, whole cumin, fenugreek, coriander, cumin powder, hot spices, turmeric, green coriander, green chili, mint, one egg, bread crumbs and mix it well.

Now, make kebab and firstly dip into eggs, then cover with bread crumbs. Repeat this step twice.

After that, deep fry until golden brown in the cooking oil.
