• Pomfret fish 2 pieces
• Cooking Oil as needed
• Rice Flour 4 tbsp
• Yellow Color ½ tsp
• Maida Flour 4 tbsp
• Corn Flour 2 tbsp
• Salt as per taste
• Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
• Ajwain ¼ tsp
• Whole Cumin ½ tsp
• Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
• Cumin Powder ½ tsp
• Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
• Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
• Egg 1 piece

Place the cuts on the fish.

In a bowl, add rice flour, yellow color, Maida flour, corn flour, salt, red chili crushed, ajwain, whole cumin, black pepper, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, egg and mix it well.

Now, cover this paste on fish and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Afterward, deep fry in the cooking oil until golden brown.

Your tasty Fried Pomfret Fish now ready to serve.
