Recipe for Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken-300 gram
- Butter-2tbsp
- Ginger/Garlic-2tbsp
- Tomato paste-1/2 cup
- Fresh cream-1 cup
- Red chili powder-1tbsp
- Cumin powder-1tbsp
- Garam masala-1/2tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-as required
Cooking Directions
Take a pan put oil, ginger/garlic paste and cook it.
put chicken pieces in oil and saute it.
After that put tomato, red chili, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, butter and cook it.
Now put cream and cook for five minutes.
