Recipe for Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients

- Flour 1, ¾ cup
- Sugar 1, ¾ cup
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Chocolate chips ¾ cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Vegetable oil 1/3 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Egg 1
Cooking Directions
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl with a spoon.
Add the wet ingredients one by one and mix well.
Fill the muffin cases with the muffin batter.
Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top and bake at 200 C in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
