• Minced meat 250 gm
• Onion 200 gm
• Lime 1
• Green chillies 3
• Ginger 1/2" piece
• Tomatoes 120 gm
• Gram flour 225 gm
• Soda bi-carb 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil as needed

Boil the mince in enough water to cook it tender but dry.

Grind green chillies and ginger to a fine paste.

Mix together minced meat, lime juice, gram flour, finely chopped tomatoes and onion and add enough water to form a thick paste.

Beat well till smooth. Add soda bi-carb. Leaves for 20 minutes.

Take spoonfuls of the mixture or form small balls and deep fry till golden brown.
