• Refined flour 2 ½ cups
• Yeast 1 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Egg 1
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Dried whole milk tbsp
• topping:
• Onions (finely cut) 1/2 cup
• Capsicum (finely cut) 1
• Eggs (boiled and mashed) 2
• Chilli garlic sauce as required
• Oregano 1 ½ tsp
• Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 ½ cup

Put all ingredients for dough in a bowl and knead thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Cover bowl with plastic and set aside in a hot place for 1 hour.

Roll dough out as a square.

Layer with chilli garlic sauce and top with onions, capsicum, eggs, oregano and cheese.

Roll the dough and cut into round pieces. Put in oven dish.

Place dish in a pre-heated oven and bake at 200 c for 15mins. Take out.

Serve delicious Pizza wheel hot.
