• Cottage cheese 4 oz
• Milk 2tbs
• Garlic mashed 1 tbs
• Bread slices 10 prefer a day old bread
• Baking powder 1tsp
• Egg 1
• Mustered powder 1tsp ( optinal)
• Flour (maida) 1 oz
• Salt and black peppers as per ur taste
• Oil for frying

Sift together flour, salt, black peppers, and baking powder.
Crush the cheese.

Now in a bowl mix cheese, egg, mustered powder, milk and garlic.

Cut the hard end of bread and cut them in 2 pieces.

Coat the cheese mixture on one side of slice.

Equal its surface with a knife.

Coat the mixture well on the bread.

Now heat oil an deep fry them.
