• Main Ingredients:
• 3 burgers
• mayonnaise
• lettus
• ------------------
• For Marination:
• 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
• 3 cloves(finely chopped)
• 1ts regular salt
• 1ts chinese salt
• 1ts white pepper powder
• 1+1/2 Tb soysauce
• 1 Tb white vinegar
• 1+1/2 ts mustard paste or powder(its better to use mustard paste)
• ----------------
• For Coating:
• 4Tb all purpose flour
• 2Tb corn flour
• 1/2 ts baking powder
• 1ts red chilli powder
• 1ts black pepper powder
• 1/2 ts chinese salt
• 1/2 tsp regular salt
• 2 eggs

For marination: mix all the ingredients of marination mentioned above.

Now marinate the chicken for half an hour. (u can continue whit out marinating it for along.it even tastes good) now cook the chicken in steam for about 10 min so that it get tender.

For crispy coating: mix all the ingrediens except eggs mentioned for coating.

Now dip the cooked chicken peices in the egg and then to the mixture and repeat it twice.

Now fry the chicken till it get golden brown color.(don''t fry it for more then 3 to 4 min because we already have cooked it) now spread the mayonnaise in the burgers ang put the lettus peices and chicken and enjoy.

ketchup lovers may spread ketchup but actually this burger is available in resturants with mayonnaise
