• 1/2 kilo Beef (cut into cubed)
• 2 tbsps yogurt
• to taste Salt
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp Garlic Paste
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 4 tsps unripe papaya (grinded)
• 2 tsps chopped green chilies

In a bowl mix together all spices ,yogurt and papaya

Coat cubed beef with it.

Keep aside for 2 hours to marinate.

Take a skewer and put beef cube in it

Barbeque them over coal till tender

Serve hot with any sauce
