• Potatoes 2
• Gram flour 100 gm
• Rice flour 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Chili powder 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
• Cheese slices 4 – 5
• Oil for fry
• Water as required
• Salt to taste

To prepare the batter take a mixing bowl and mix together 100 g gram flour,2 tbsp rice flour, salt as required, 1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chili powder.

Mix a little water, add ¼ bunch chopped coriander and keep aside.

Slice 2 potatoes into ½ inch thick round and

Cut 4-5 slices of cheese of the same size

Take a potato round, put the cheese on top and cover with the other potato round

Dip the potato sandwich into the batter and fry until golden brown.

Repeat the process with the remaining potatoes.
