• 1 pound Cube steak
• ground 1 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon Granulated salt
• 3tablespoon Red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Water

Cut the pieces of steak into serving size of your preference. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over it. Place these pieces in a skillet and cook on medium heat.

Cook the steak until its brown. It may take about 4 minutes each side. Remove in a warm platter, leave drippings in skillet.

Place the skillet back on fire. Add vinegar, water and sugar stirring so that it mixes up. Cook this sauce until its boiling and put it on steaks.
