• 6 English muffins
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup onion, minced
• 2 cups pitted black olives, sliced
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Cut English muffins in half and set aside.

Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Spread mix on the muffin halves.

Place on un greased cookie sheet. Broil until bubbly.

Eat them and enjoy. (May be cut into wedges.)
