Recipe for Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

- Castor sugar 10tbsp or to taste
- Fresh cream 200gms
- Coco powder 2tbspEgg whites 4

- chocolate essence 1/2tsp
- Chocolate Chips as desired

Cooking Directions
Separate egg whites and beat with beater till egg whites become like foam,
Add sugar and beat then add coco powder, essence, Chocolate chips and beat them again
Add cream at last and beat slighly Pour the mixture in air tight box and put it in freezer over night for 10-12 hours..
