• Spinach(chopped) 1 package
• Cream Cheese 2 packages
• Water Chestnuts(chopped)1 can
• Dry Vegetable Soup mix 1 packet
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
• Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
• Walnuts(chopped) 1/2 cup

In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, water hestnuts, vegetable soup mix, mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese until well blended.

If the mixture is too soft to form a ball, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.

Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight to blend the flavours before serving with your favourite crackers.
