• Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1

• Ketchup 1 cup
• Dkhni Mirch 1 teaspoon
• Chilli Sauce 3 tablespoons
• Soya Sauce 3 tablespoons
• Boiled Rice 2 cups
• Eggs 2
• Cabbage 25gm
• Chopped Garlic 1 teaspoon
• Sufi Banaspati ½ cup

To make beef sauce (ykhni) take a pan full of water, add beef (cut in cubes), garlic and ginger and boil.

Cut capsicum (Shimla mirch), green chilli, onion, onion spring, carrot and cabbage into small pieces.

After the beef is boiled separate sauce (ykhni) from beef.
Heat Sufi Banaspati in a pan and fry garlic a little, cook for a minute after adding carrot, cabbage and capsicum (Shimla mirch).

Now add boiled rice, salt, dkhni mirch, soya sauce, vinegar, crushed red chilli, a cup of beef sauce (ykhni) and mix well.

Cook rice for two minutes. Beat the eggs after adding color and salt. Fry eggs in Sufi Banaspati. Make a roll of fried eggs, cut into slices and add in rice.

Add spring onion and cook for one more minute. For beef chilli, heat Sufi Banaspati in a pan, add garlic, ketchup, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, crushed dkhni mirch, crushed black pepper, crushed red chill and cook for two minutes.

Now add onion, capsicum (Shimla mirch), green chilli, onion spring, 2 cups of beef sauce (ykhni), beef and cook.

Now add corn flour to make the gravy thick. Take Spicy Fried Rice out in a platter and serve it with Beef Chilli.
