• Beef (whole pieces) 2 kg
• Lemon juice 1/2 cup
• White vinegar 1 cup
• Garlic 10-15
• Black pepper 2 tsp
• Butter 2-3 tbsp
• Lahori salt to taste

Make hole in beef with small knife.

Put garlic in each hole.

Now put vinegar, Lahori salt, black pepper and lemon juice in mixing bowl, mix it, spread on beef nicely, wrap with plastic and leave it overnight.

Then steam it for 30-35 minutes in steamer.

Then spread butter and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
