• Chicken mince 600 gm
• Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
• Eggs 1
• Onion 1 big
• Salt 1 tsp
• Mustard paste 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
• Boiled eggs 4
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Green chilies 1 tsp
• Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup
• Bun for serving
• Method:

Mix mince, bread crumbs, onion, raw egg, onion, red chili, garlic paste, butter, mustard paste and green chilies and grind it.

Grease oven proof dish.

Then put half mince mixture and 2 tbsp cheddar cheese.

Put boiled eggs pieces on top.

Now put remaining mince mixture and cook in preheated oven until mince is set.

Add remaining cheese on hot cake and keep in oven again.

When cheese melts, take it out.
