• Boneless chicken ½ kg 2 inches cube
• Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
• White pepper ½ + 1/2 tsp
• Egg white 1
• Corn flour 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
• Carrot 1 cut in cube
• Capsicum 1 cut in cube
• Onion 1 cut in cube and separates each leaf
• Cashew nut 20 deep fried
• Oil ¼ cup
• Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
• Ketchup 3 tbsp
• Chili sauce 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Stock 1 cup

Marinate chicken cubes with salt, white pepper, ½ tsp each, 1 egg white, corn flour and deep fry just for 3 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok fry crushed garlic till light golden.

Add all the vegetables with seasonings, stock.

When mixture boiling thickens with corn flour paste, lastly add cashew nuts and serve.
