• Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
• Salt 1 tsp heaped
• Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
• Allspice 1 tsp
• Roasted and crushed cumin ½ tsp
• Saffron ¼ tsp
• Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
• Mace grinded ¼ tsp
• Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
• Raw papaya 1 tbsp
• Yogurt 4 tbsp

Marinate chicken with Salt 1 tsp heaped, Chili powder 1 ½ tsp, Allspice 1 tsp, Roasted and crushed cumin ½ tsp, Saffron ¼ tsp, Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp, Mace grinded ¼ tsp, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Raw papaya 1 tbsp, Yogurt 4 tbsp for 2 hours.

Put on skewers, grill on tawa in 2 tbsp oil until dry.

Give dum of coal, serve garnish with onion rings and mint leaves.
