• Chicken 1 kg cut into 8 pieces
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Onion chopped 3 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp heaped
• Chili powder 1 tsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Ketchup 3 tbsp
• Mustard powder ½ tsp
• Fries and boiled vegetables to serve
• Ingredients for brown sauce :
• Flour 2 tbsp
• Stock 1 cup
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Ketchup 1 tbsp
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
• Hp sauce 1 tbsp
• Salt and pepper ½ tsp each

Heat oil fry onion light golden, add chicken, roast for 5 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken nearly done, lastly add chili powder and ketchup, cook till chicken dry.

Heat butter add flour with salt, pepper, add stock with ketchup, Wooster sauce, vinegar, hp sauce, cook for 5 minutes till sauce thick and then remove.

Place chicken in a dish, top with brown sauce, serve with fries and brown vegetables.
