• Beef under cut 1
• Brown sugar 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Red chili crushed 1/2 tsp
• Oil 1 to 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• For salad:
• Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice 1 tsp
• Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
• Green onion 2 to 3 sticks
• Olive oil 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

For salad:
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan and fry 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

Then add 1 cup boiled chickpeas, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed to cook.

Now add 2 to 3 green onion sticks and put it on a side.

In a mixing bowl add 1 piece of undercut beef, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp brown sugar ½ tsp red chili crushed, salt to taste and 1 tbsp garlic paste to marinate beef.

Now grill meat from both the side and put it in sizzling plate.

In the end put salad on top and serve.
