• Rice 2 cups
• Tomato paste ½ tin
• Sweet corn 1 tin
• Lemons 2
• Green chilies (chopped) 6
• Oil ½ cup
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Red chili flakes 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• White vinegar 1 tbsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
• Salt to taste

Wash and soak 2 cups of rice and then boil them with some salt and 1 tbsp white vinegar.

Once boiled drain the water and simmer it for 5 minutes.

Add in ½ cup oil in the pan and add in ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute it.

Now add in ½ tin tomato paste and 1 tin sweet corn.

At the same time add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp red chili flakes and some salt.

Cook it and then add in 6 chopped green chilies and rice.

Add in 1 tbsp soya sauce.

Cook it for 5 minutes and then add in 1 tbsp butter cook it for 5 minutes and serve.
