• Butter 6 ounces
• Sugar 6 ounces
• Flour 4 ounces
• Coco powder 1 ounce
• Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Eggs 3
• Burnt sugar syrup 2 tbsp
• Milk 4 tbsp
• Cooking chocolate 4 tbsp
• Fresh cream to drizzle
• Vanilla ice cream to serve

Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy.

Add in eggs one by one alternating with sieved flour, baking powder and coco mixture, fold in milk, burnt sugar syrup, bake in a well greased 8 inches round pan.

Bake on 180 degree C for 40 minutes, remove, cool, cut triangles.

Serve 2 scoops of ice cream in between two cake slices, decorate with cooking chocolate melted and fresh cream.
