Recipe for TIRAMISU

Ingredients

  • finger biscuits = as required
  • unsweetened STRONG coffee =4-5tb
  • water =1 cup
  • suger = 5tb
  • whipping cream = 2 cups
  • cocoa pwdr = 2tsp
  • caramel sauce as required
  • ingredient for
  • CARAMEL SAUCE
  • brown sugar = 8-10tb
  • White flour = 3tb
  • boiling water =1 cup
  • butter = 2tsp
  • cream = 2tb

Cooking Directions

First of all dissolve 4-5tb coffee in water &
Dip the finger biscuits in coffee, just very shortly and place them in the dish. Complete one layer then cover that layer with caramel sauce after that cover it wid whipped cream (whip the cream with 5tb suger ) & repeat all the process again .
ending with whipped cream. Dust cocoa pwdr just before serving. Chill overnight before serving.

CARAMEL SAUCE
mix BROWN sugar with white flour & put on stove and add boil water in it & keep stirring for about 3 minutes,then remove it from heat and add butter and cream mix well and set aside to cool.

TIPS
not to soak the biscuits because they will release the extra and ur tiramisu will be fluid, rather than firm.
