• Chicken 250 gm (boiled)
• Potatoes 2 (boiled)
• Green chilies 2 (chopped)
• Capsicum 2 (chopped)
• Mayonnaise ½ cup
• Egg 1
• Bread crumbs 1 cup (fresh)
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Black pepper ¼ tsp (powder)
• Oil as required

In a bowl mix together boiled potatoes and boiled chicken.

Now add salt, black pepper, green chilies, corn flour, capsicum and mayonnaise.

Mix well and make small cutlets.

Dip in beaten egg, coat in fresh bread crumbs and shallow fry.

After frying keep it in a dish and serve with ketchup and yogurt dip.
