• Date palm 10
• Almond 10
• Cashew 10
• Coconut oil 1 tbsp
• Dark chocolate 80g
• Crushed pistachio as required
• Crushed cashew as required
• Desiccated coconut as required
• Salt 1/4 tsp

In a cooking pan, add almond, cashew, salt and roast for a while.

Start of by slicing open each dates in half and removing the seeds.

Stuff each date with one toasted almond or cashew and squeeze them shut as best as you can.

After that secure the opening of the dates with a toothpick this will make it easy to dip them in the chocolate afterwards.

Now, add chocolate in a bowl, coconut oil and oven bake for a minutes until it become melt.

Once it''s melt start dipping the stuffed dates in the chocolate sauce. Dip one date at a time then place it in a piece of a parchment paper.

Then top with desiccated coconut, chopped pistachio and cashew.
