• Confectioners sugar 2 cups (powder sugar)
• Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup
• Full fat milk powder 2 & 1/2 cups (i used NESTLE NIDO)
• Salt 1 tsp
• Corn flour 2 tsp
• To serve:
• Milk or hot water

In a bowl confectioner sugar, cocoa powder, milk powder, salt, corn flour, mix well.

Store it in a clean air tight box or jar in a cool place (shelf life 1 year).

To serve:
You need hot water 250ml or hot milk 250ml with 2 tbsp of hot chocolate mix powder (can also be made in cold milk, but add it in a blender milk and powder, mix well so that there are no lumps).

Can garnish with cream, marshmallow.
