• Minced chicken 400 gm
• Cloves of garlic 3
• Ginger 1" piece
• Coriander 1" tbsp
• Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
• Peppercorns 4
• Cloves 3
• Cardamoms 2
• Gram lentils 1 to 1,1/2 cup
• Green chilies (chopped) 4
• Egg 1
• Onion (sliced) 1
• Green chilies 2
• Salt to taste
• Oil as needed

Mix the cooked minced chicken with garlic, ginger, coriander, coconut, peppercorns, cloves and cardamom seeds.

Add cooked ground lentils and chopped green chilies.

Mix well and add eggs for binding.

Shape flat round kebabs and deep fry.

Serve with sliced raw onions and green chilies.
