• 1 potato cut in medium cubes
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
• Chives or green onion chopped for garnish
• 1 cube chicken stock
• 1 cup sausage cut in medium size
• 2 tablespoon yogurt
• 1 teaspoon lemon

Fry the sausage and set aside.

In a pan boil the potato with one cube of chicken stock, for 20 minutes. Drain from the stock and keep aside.

Mix the potato with the sausage.

Mix the following very well: Mayonnaise, yoghurt, olive oil and lemon. Pour the mixture on the potato and sausage.

Garnish with green onions, chives or dry mint. Serve cold.
