• 1 Egg
• 1 small Potatoes (aloo) peeled and chopped
• 2 medium green chilli , chopped
• to taste Black pepper
• 1/2 small to taste Onion (chopped)
• 1 Garlic flakes
• to taste Salt
• 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Take a small bowl and beat egg thoroughly in it. Add all ingredients, excluding oil, in egg.

Now its time for frying. Put nonstick flat/baking pan on very low heat and spread oil over it.

When oil is properly heated pour prepared material on pan and spread carefully so that egg and veg are balanced and take proper shape.

Be sure heat is very low. Fry till omelet is golden brown. Your Potato omelet is ready to serve.
