• Sugar to taste
• Milk 250 ml
• Almond 8-10
• Pistachio Sliced 1/2 cup
• Green Cardamom 3-4
• Tukh Malanga 2-3 tbsp

Soak tukh malanga in water for 5-10 minutes. Soak almonds in water, boil it then let it cool & peel it.

Blend milk,sugar,cardamom and pistachew In a blender.
Add Tukh malanga and ice cubes blend again.

Pour drink into a glass. Before serve sprinkle flaked pistachew over it.
