Recipe for Chicken Rice Kabab
Ingredients

- Boiled & mashed chicken 2 cups
- Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Boiled & mashed rice 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped green chilies 6
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Mix all ingredients nicely.
Now make kebabs, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
