• Beef mince 250 gm
• Potatoes boiled 3
• Parsley ¼ bunch
• Onion 1
• Green chilies 4
• Garlic4 cloves
• Cheese slices 2
• Egg 1
• Papaya paste 1 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
• Black pepper powder ½ tsp
• Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil 4 tbsp

In chopper put together 250 gm beef mince, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 1 onion, 4 green chilies, 4 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 1 tbsp papaya paste. Chopper very well to a smooth paste.

Now remove mixture in a bowl.

Boil and mash 3 potatoes in a bowl, add in salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 2 cheese slices. Mix very well.

Now make a patty with both the mixture, join both the patties.

Dip in beaten egg and shallow fry until golden brown.
